Fantastic location just off the Royal Mile Lots of room and plenty of space Comfy beds Good size bathroom and good shower
Though the location is fantastic, it is near one of the main party streets and it can be really noisy outside in the early hours Quite steep steps down to the flat from the Royal Mile

Very comfortable, clean apartment. Good facilities with great walking access to the city center. Great value for money relative to prices of other nearby options.
Advised to wash our dishes but no basin plug in the kitchen to wash with, and hot water did not work in the kitchen.

Great location, local to everything you want to do as a tourist, very convenient It was very clean and cosy otherwise
Maybe it was because of no visitors for a while but a few annoyances like we couldnt use the washing machine was annoying
