Value for money and the best location! Everything from the Waverly station, Edinburgh bus station, Castle, Princes street and soany pubs and cafes all at a small walking distance!

The windows for my apartment didn’t have any views!

Suggestion , not a complaint . Chairs in the bedrooms would help as would hooks in back of doors on bedroom and bathroom A shelf in the shower room to hold toletries . A mirror in the bedroom would have helped too.

Excellent apartment, very spacious. Great kitchen and dining area. Beds wore very comfortable. Location was amazing 2 mins from the tram stop. Abundant off coffee shops, restaurants, pub and shop on your street.

Amazing location very near to the centre and all the sites! Loved the 2 double rooms very spacious and clean

The lift made very dodgy sounds which made us a bit uneasy when inside it but other than that can’t think of anything else bad!

Excellent location, nice apartment

It was very hot in the flat and it was difficult to open the windows. The bathrooms were clean but there was paint coming off and it could do with a refresher

Comfortable, good value for money, good location.

The location was very good, close to the main streets and easy access for shopping and plenty of dining options around. The apartment was cleaned very well and the facilities provided were decent.

The door to the actual apartment (apartment no 12) was stiff and would stick when trying to open, clearly has been a problem for a while as there was cracks next to the doorframe around where the door latch is. Minor problem but the toilet roll holder wasn’t very well secured to the wall, had to be careful with it so as to not make it come off the wall.

Apart from the check in process it was a lovely place. Jist don’t go on a weekend when the office is closed.

The process of checking in was a nightmare. We booked on a Friday night to arrive on Saturday. Their office was closed so nothing was done. When we arrived the office was closed. There was a number to call but couldn’t get through. Found a cleaner who was able to call someone to be sent codes to get in. There was also another couple trying to check in with the same problem. Not what you need when you are travelling.

Had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay there again.

The location was ideal and the apartment was well maintained, very clean and nicely decorated.

The only negative was that it’s a noisy spot, particularly early in the morning with bin trucks etc, the windows are old so there’s no protection from noise. It’s to be expected when staying in the city centre so would be good to recommend earplugs to guests. Also some curtains in the bedrooms would be good.

Good family apartment in Edinburgh cizy centre

Great location- 10 min walk to Central station- had a two bedroom apartment on 3rd floor , with 3 full beds- facing the rear- quiet, natural light, ventillation- 2 good bathrooms, one ensuite- 24 hrs running hot water- safe location on main road , quite busy till past midnight- good comfortable beds , clean bathrooms, good quality towels etc- Brian at reception was great help. I think families can go gor this!

The wood work is aging- the door latch from inside the ensuite bathroom came off- was able to open the door somehow - this was a Sunday- no help available- staff not there on Saturday , Sunday- what happens if a person gets locked in bathroom , with handle broken on a friday night, with no handphone & staff is there only on Monday- this is a castarophe waiting to happen- happened to me, but my family was there, so managed to control the situation. I suggest management takes serious note of this and work on risk mitigation

Very spacious, well appointed, clean and comfortable rooms in central Edinburgh. Easy walk to Edinburgh Waverley Train Station, the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle. Very comfortable beds.

Great location and apartment

Beds were super comfy, apartment was big and clean. Enjoyed the stay.

Noisy at night over the weekend but that goes with the good location. Email said reception opens at 9:30am but was still closed at 9.50am. Receptionist was late and didnt introduce himself but we asked him if we could leave our bags in the storage area before check in which he said we could. After 5 hours of exploring, our bags were exactly where we left them in the hallway by reception. Not ideal when there was valuable in them. But overall a good stay.

Excellent Location! A few things could be improved upon…

The location was excellent! So central to all the main attractions. Very close to the train station.

The carpets felt very dirty throughout the building. The macerator was extremely noisy for being newly installed. For the price we paid for a 2 night stay, (nearly £1000 it would have been appreciated if maybe a little breakfast box could have been included i.e cereal, bread, even eggs maybe to the value of £10-£15

As it was only for the one night to go to the Military Tattoo it was adequate. Seen a lot worse.

The beds were clean and comfortable. Shower room was OK. Toilet, shower and sink were clean Fridge and kitchen area clean. The efficiency of the fire brigade when the fire alarm went off because the woman in the apartment opposite burnt her toast. 3 fire engines, very impressive.

Although the apartment was booked for 5 adults and 1 child (8 years old) there was only 2 x 2 seater sofas. Only one cooler for the whole apartment and was too hot in the bedroom where Grandma, Granddad , Auntie and niece were sleeping. Was quite noisy out the back of the building. Skirting boards, painting and walls could have done with a good wash with soapy water. Paint was off the wall in large bedroom by the bedside drawer.

General, but if know the price with this infrascture (not to say poor but you know not really suitable for a long stay),

The location can be the only thing good about this hotel.

quite hot interior poor ventilation, due to the building age. There lack management stuff, only a manager there but is not very actively response your message, even your call to them. Haven’t really slept well.
