The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I liked the fire doors in each bedroom. Very spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Towels were nice and fluffy. The location was excellent. Walking distance to the train station and the Castle. Plenty of bars and eating places in the area. Tesco Express just down the road.
If I have to nit pick then I'd say the skirting boards needed dusting. But that certainly didn't spoil our stay in this well equipped spacious apartment. I'd have no hesitation in booking it again.

The location was great and we were able to walk to the Royal Mile, castle and Grassmarket areas. Also close to Edinburgh Waverley station. The property was spacious, clean and comfortable, and surprisingly peaceful considering its location.
The only small annoyance was the very heavy fire doors to the bedroom and lounge, however fully appreciate they are required. The property could perhaps do with more hooks for coats etc, and extra bedroom storage/vanity shelf. None of these things are a huge problem though.

Well located. Good size rooms. We liked the fact that it was self contained.
Entrance areas were not very clean and it had a bit of a musty smell generally

Great location, we have booked this for the final night of our holiday and needed to leave early for flights and train so it was very convenient walking distance. The rooms very spacious and equipment of the apartment was good.
It was bit smelly, it was advertised as non-smoking but I believe the smell was embedded from previous years. The facilities need updating, particularly the bathrooms and windows. Elevator is there but according to notice only takes 2 people and 2 pieces of luggage and if it breaks guests will be charged (not sure why guests should be liable for dodgy elevator) so that did not feel very comfortable. It was noisy at night but we expected it because it was close to bars.
