Location and flat layout and the price is good.
but there were issues like dirty curtains and a broken dining chair that I think the host should address.

The bed sheets feels somehow sandy, the bathroom smells, there is not enough kitchen equipment and there is no parking slot, the management is too strict for such unmaintained property. Too bad
