We’ve left with truly wonderful memories.

This dwelling was perfect in every way! All our needs were met, both in style and comfort. Everything was exactly how it looked in the photos, which was great to see. There was enough of everything we needed, and it was clean and new looking. And to top it all, what a DELIGHTFUL host who made us feel most welcome during our first time visit to this magnificent city of Edinburgh. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

The location is perfect

The location is amazing, it's a ten minute walk from the Royal Mile and makes sightseeing so easy. It's even easy to get out of the area without any fuss of traffic. And the view to Arthur's seat is a bonus! Perfect weekend getaway with friends and family.

Wow what an amazing house, I feel bad we didn't use it all. Just beautiful. Not in the centre but only 10 min walk to royal mile. Each room had a fan for comfort.

Excellent for all three generations plus our puppy.

Parking was easy, close to walk into town, inside is really clean and tidy. Very clear instructions from the host. Nice touches like coffee & tea, dishwasher tablets, toiletries in bathroom (3 toilets plus another in the en suite on the third floor) great size pots for cooking small or large quantities. Very comfortable beds, liked it all. Outside looks plain, inside it’s really big. Oh lots of seating to all be together.

Nothing, it was great. I think if it were a very hot day / night the loft rooms might get hot. But windows do open and it was more than fine for us!

Great place to stay near the city centre

We had a great stay at Rea's place, a spacious and well-equipped property located close to the city centre of Edinburgh. The apartment was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 children, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. We particularly enjoyed the small garden with views of Arthur's Seat, and the free WiFi and parking were a welcome bonus. Rea was a friendly and helpful host, and we would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

A lovely place with a great location. The place newly renovated with sweet and comforting touches. Highly recommend.

The property is great. My only bad experience is with the cleaning staff. They arrived before checkout time, and were standing at door. They were rude and unprofessional. They brought the fresh beddings and towels in a car were they have two dogs in the car.

Great house in a convenient location.

The house was great. We were 2 families with 3 adults and 4 kids between us. The 5 bedrooms worked perfectly and the common areas had just enough room. There is also a small but nice garden to dry clothes or get outside. Gorgeous views of Arthur's Seat from the house and very convenient location. The host, Rea, was also wonderful. Very responsive and accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.

Rea is very organised and the house was super clean, comfortable, with excellent facilities and amenities. The location is great, just 10 min walk from the High Street. The house was ideal for our group of 8. The guest Netflix account was an excellent touch after a day spent walking around in Edinburgh. We would definitely stay here again!

The check-in and check-out times were exactly as advertised but I personally wish there was a bit more flexibility in the times, especially since the check-out time was quite early--10am. There was an option for a later check-out but this was charged at £25 per 30mins which I found a bit excessive.Regardless, if you adhere to the times advertised, there's no issue.

Gemütlich, sauber, recht zentral und doch ruhig

Kurzer Fußweg zur Altstadt, mit Blick auf Arthurs seat, sauber, komfortabel und geräumig. Dazu sehr unkomplizierter Austausch mit den Vermietern. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ich habe lange nachgedacht und finde nichts, was wirklich erwähnenswert wäre.

Me encantó lo grande que era la casa, la instalaciones de agua caliente y radiadores que tiene, cuartos muy grandes y camas muy cómodas, está situado muy cerca de todos los puntos de ocio, volvería sin duda a este lugar de nuevo.
