Great location in New Town, accessible by foot to all sights and a short walk from the airport tram

Great communication with Destination Edinburgh, very friendly staff and clear directions. Top floor Duplex was spacious, clean and tidy. Good bedding and the welcome tea, coffee, milk and sugar was appeciated.

The wifi was a little patchy as was the water pressure. It did not detract from our stay at all however.

Lovely location and place for all of the family to stay

So easy to find and effortless self check in. It was clean and had everything you needed. I especially liked the things for kids in the reception that you had thought of.

Appreciate it's a beautiful old building so there can be some noise from the original windows

perfect location, lovely apartment.

Perfect location, lovely apartment large rooms, great view. Everything we need for the weekend, beds were comfortable, The Host was great at getting back to you when we did have a issue. we even managed to get into the apartment early which is always a bonus. Coffee shop just over the road did lovely breakfast and cakes. Pub Conan doyle did nice food and great atmosphere We also ate at the Basement (mexican) great food

hearing the above neighbours, who obviously didnt take there shoes off when arriving home late, maybe carpets in bedrooms may stop some of the noise. we had problem with boiler which the host was quick to get back to us.

Amazing apartments!

Unbelievable property! We had a large group between 2 apartments. Everyone was comfortable, plenty of space to hang out together. I was the organizer of the accommodation and every guest was stunned and took me aside to compliment the apartments or say how impressed they were. Highly recommend for groups and families, several restaurants and the city center are within walking distance. Thank you so much for having us!

Lovely apartment in the heart of Edinburgh

Location was amazing so close to the heart of everything. The beds were so comfy. And all the rooms were so big.

The number of stairs up to the apartment was not ideal for my husband and I; we are both in our 60s. And our 2 year old granddaughter. Once inside it was great. Shower in the family bathroom could have been better

Great stay at a place that was a very short work from downtown and the mall.

Very spacious and was perfect for our family of six. Lots of things had labels so that helped out a lot! They never sent me check in instructions so we arrived at the apartment not knowing how to get. Called the number on the listing and Natalia was very helpful getting us checked in at a last minute notice. Real simple check out instructions.

The washer/dryer combo is really small and we could never get our clothes to dry properly. Maybe provide instructions on how to operate?

Everything was perfect: the location, cleanliness, and comfort. We reached any of our destinations simply walking. Rooms were wide and clean, as well as the bathrooms. We’ll be back.

The heating seemed to switch off on our last night and we couldn’t turn it back on. The apartment was cold during the night and the next morning. Heat instructions were left but it didn’t seem to work. If there are switches that should not be switched off, it would be good if they were signposted.

Wonderful place to stay, apartment is walking distance to stores, restaurants, and train station.

The apartment was very spacious and clean.

Parking is not as convenient when you have luggage. Parking is not allowed in front of the apartment to unload luggage. We have to park somewhere and carry/pull our luggage across a busy street.

Location is fantastic just near John Lewis but quiet street for sleep both to most things in less than 20 minutes great base only complaint is a lot of steps to climb so not a good idea for those with mobility issues. There is no lift

Great location, with the views

Location was excellent and it was very spacious periodic and warm place where we could gather as group and spend some quality time together. Cleanliness war top notch, towels for everyone and hairdryer in every room too.kitchen was equipped well so we could actually cook breakfast for all of us without bother

Not much to dislike as it was overall very good and we all enjoyed it. There is room to improve however, like few things: dustpan which wasn't there at all only brush and hoover and sofas kept swallowing us :⁠-⁠) it was way too overused or just way too soft. Also we run out of toilet paper so maybe if we would have couple spare rolls somewhere would be nice..but that's only minor thigs.

Location and apartment details/instructions were provided a few days in advance Location is great- easily accessible to all places within walking distance and public transport station/stops. Apartment is big and has sufficient place to bond around living room/dining area.

Beautiful and extremely spacious accommodations in a perfect part of town. Five stars!

Massive amount of space in a very desirable location just steps from Waverly station, Royal Mile, etc. The hosts were communicative, our unit was comfortable and clean. We really couldn't ask for more.

The place was exactly as advertised; better, even. So I can't complain about anything. I do wish there was parking or an easy place to load/unload luggage, but it is what it is. We made do just fine.

Stylish apartment in a great location in one of the best cities in the world

Great location in the new town. Close to the train station and Princes Street and 15 min walk to the old town Appartment was excellent. Seven of us stayed in one appartment and it spacious, modern and really comfortable. Has everything you need if you want to self cater and cook.

The only down side is the noise levels from the traffic and trams on York Place. It's an old stylish building and there's no double glazing on the two bedroom windows which overlook York Place. The trams run through the night so it was difficult to escape. Not good for us light sleepers.

The sun was shining all weekend.. family weekend in Edinburgh

The location was perfect, and everything was within walking distance. The apartment deluxe 3 bedrooms very comfortable and spacious everything you need is catered for. The decor and cleanness were at a very high standard.

If we had to say anything, some of our group didn't perfer the 58 stairs to our room, but the apartment and view were definitely worth them and this wouldn't put us off booking the same apartment again.
