Very clean, lovely set up and quiet. Staff were brilliant, nothing too much to ask. Location good
The location was good, access to city centre super easy and a lot near by. Wasn’t as keen on it being located down a back street with a bar, me and my mum were there together and not sure we would have felt as safe as we did this time, in winter. But everything else fantastic so I would still stay again.

Very modern, clean look. Everything was in great condition. Showers were fantastic. Big pillows and comfy bed. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was great, only about 10min walk to Waverley train station. Close to a Wetherspoons. Also we were able to drop off our bags before our room was ready, so we could explore the city.
Would have liked an earlier check in time, but understandable. Although we booked a two bedroom apartment, we were initially given a one bedroom apartment. However, staff at reception corrected this immediately (once we informed them), and they gave us the correct apartment.

Great location. Spacious and very clean.
The mattress was very poor quality and I woke up with back ache on both mornings.
