A very spacious room, not far from the center of Edinburgh. The owner was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Bathroom and shower is too small.

The hosts were warm and always available to answer questions. The host also helped us with our luggage.
The property is about 15-25 mins from main tourist attractions
Severe Lack of electrical sockets/Outlets: Only one working socket for the TV and kettle. The other two were hidden, inaccessible behind a bed. In a room of 4 people.
Zero Mirror Outlets: Host provided two hairdryers but no sockets inside or near the bathroom mirrors.
Logistical Headaches: Only one key set for four guests. Host refused to provide fresh cups in the morning.
Poor Maintenance: Squeaky, uneven wooden floors, worn carpet, and a loud, constantly trickling toilet tank.
Subpar Amenities: Towels were child-sized and completely inadequate for adults.
So all in all, we did not find it value for money or comfortable at all.
