Location, traditional Edinburgh townhouse
Our bedroom on the top floor, the stairs were a challenge for me. If you have mobility issues you wouldn’t want a top floor bedroom

Well located, quiet street but not far from the city center. Lovely hotel with very friendly owners. Great service.
Room is a bit small, but still well equiped and nice for a romantic stay for a couple of days.

Located in the heart of the city, very cute. Had a wee dram on house before heading out, wonderfully setting me up for the afternoon stroll.

Pretty room with pleasant view , close to tram stop and both local shops and the new shopping centre.
The guest in the bedroom above snored so loudly that I could hear it in my room , in the hall and downstairs toilet! It spoiled my stay. The lack of on site staff meant that I had no option but to endure it
In general the room was quite pricey for what was on offer, given that there is no on-site staff, no breakfast offered or restaurant.
