The location is good, 10 minutes waking from waverley station. You can walk from station to hotel down way.
Stairs to get to rooms, with big luggage could be a problem. Rooms 5 had broken closet.

Having a window seeing a beautiful and peaceful garden is the best thing about the room. It is also very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Location is very central and there are nice coffee shops on the street close to the hotel

Location is good not exceptional. Walkable to Princes street. There’s a Westfield mall nearby and convenience stores, cafes and restaurants. City centered. Keysafe lockbox is easy to pick up and drop off key.
Shower cubicle has molds around grouts, cabinet to hang clothes only had one hanger, building and room need updating and had a musty smell which is expected of an old building, no foldable luggage rack so you have to put luggage on floor and pillows smell. I stayed in Room #12. These may not be the case for other rooms. After 5:00 or 6:00 PM they dont respond anymore on whatsapp or booking.com. Not a big deal to me but some guest may find this a bit difficult if they need help or have questions.
