The guest house is very close to the city centre and the tram. The room and the bathroom were clean, not new but very British style. The breakfast is amazing, there is a small but complete buffet and a menu with a lot of hot choices, such as porridge and Scottish traditional breakfast. Shout out to Murray, the host: he is amazing: he welcomed us with a smile and a lot of suggestions for our day in Edinburgh.
The only little problem we had was the pressure of the water, that was very weak, but we took a shower anyway with a little patience!

Location is perfect and the host, Murray, is so friendly and helpful. He had a lot of vegetarian options for breakfast. Great place to stay. He also recommended a great app for leaving luggage in a safe place while touring the city - it saved us money and time, thanks Murray!
