    The hotel is close to the shopping centre, just few steps to the tram and very convenient for those who came from the airport. It is quiet in the hotel and facilities are well-maintained. Reception staff was helpful and accommodating. Will definitely stay again. This hotel deserves its high rating!

    Chosen for its location. Easy walk to town and close to lots of food options. No elevator so pack light!

    Staff are very friendly and helpful. They served me with pleasure and as much as they can and gave me a better room. However the next review is out of their control. I paid 90 pounds for a very catastrophic room, 3 stairs, no lift, no AC. The carpet was smelling very bad and humid room. Summery: I would never come back again
