    room is large, staff is excellent(thanks front desk JOE)! cooler in room is good, shower pressure is a little”weak”, room heater did not seem to work well but they supplied a space heater that was excellent. Would absolutely stay here again.

    The location is great—right in front of the tram, which makes it very convenient to get around. However, the shower water pressure is extremely low, which was quite disappointing.

    A perfect location and a perfect stay. Not only were the rooms generous in size the beds were comfortable and the luxurious. Topped off with a great inhouse restaurant with amazing food. We had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend.

    It was a last minute trip to Edinburgh and this hotel was a sensible choice from the cost perspective. Location was perfect - an easy walk to and from the train station and many buses to locations that we wanted to visit.
