    Chose this hotel for its location. Practically a stone throw from Waverly Station. Buses connecting to other parts of the city is with 10mins walk. A short flight of steps and you are in the Old Town. Tour buses for day trips are within a stone throw. Lots of F&B options near by even late into the evevning. Restaurant and pub within the hotel. Discounted breakfast coupon can be pre-purchased the night before. Worth a special mention >> the hotel smells so nice. White Tea? Guests are welcomed by a delightful subtle White Tea room scent. Love it. The room is very small for 3 person (1 single and 1 queen bed) but it has everything. Cabinet, clothes hangers, mini bar, amenities, strong water pressure in the shower. No housekeeping service even though we saw the housekeeping team outside the room. We stayed for 3 nights. I suppose it's only upon request.

    Over all it’s a highly recommended hotel. Great location with just a few minutes from the train station old town exit. Classic and clean rooms. We had a very pleasant stay overall, and most of the staff were lovely and helpful. There was just a small issue during check-in. We chose to wait for a quieter room and were told by a staff member that she would update us when it was ready. Unfortunately, no update came, and I later saw her leave at the end of her shift without following up or handing us over to a colleague. At around 3:15 pm, I approached another, more senior staff member, who was extremely attentive and promptly helped us check in. A little more proactive communication would have made the experience smoother, but this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay. I totally understand that check-in time can be very busy, so it wasn’t a big issue. I just wanted to mention this experience as a small piece of feedback.
