    We had a wonderful stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Edinburgh. Our room was very comfortable, the staff was warm, welcoming, and always helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with an excellent variety of options to suit every taste. The location was outstanding—just steps from the Royal Mile, making it the perfect base for exploring Edinburgh’s historic center. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

    We found the Leonardo Royal Edinburgh very convenient and cozy. Helpful and friendly stuff. Quick and easy shack in and check out. Location is amazing. We just walked from Waverly for 5 minutes.

    Great location close to centre & train station No omelette station at breakfast as advertised - bread/toast area not hygienic with people touching bread when cutting it rather than using cloth provided, rather gross Check in staff didn’t acknowledge we were standing in front of them - 3 desks & no other guests Bedroom newly refurbished, comfy bed & bedding - the layout isn’t good though, nowhere to put cases, no area with mirror to put on makeup or do hair - the full length mirror had very poor lighting & not possible to get close enough to bathroom mirror Windows don’t open but aircon was effective I wouldn’t stay again as wouldn’t expect these issues for what we paid

    Cleanliness was a major let down. We stayed for 4 days and not even once did staff vaccum the room . They just used to change towels. Even used glasses were not replaced. Instead they just rinses them in water and put them back like nobody would notice. Breakfast had nothing worth mention for vegetarians/ vegans.
