The room was spotless, and although small, it was well organized. The shared kitchen was also spotless and well appointed. Very secure building and premises. Great location, just off the Royal Mile.

very pleasant 'compact' room with a tiny shower-room.
Don't stay here for a quiet night - thin, non-sealed windows let in all the noise from the pub outside, which doesn't close until 4 in the morning. If you don't mind shouting and shrieking all night, then this place is great.
