Brilliant location.
Clean and tidy.
Some of the staff were amazing - the lady checking me in (didn't catch her name) was super helpful when there was a mishap with my booking.
Beds were comfy.
Secure lockers.
Sockets and lights next to bed.
There was a mix-up with the bookings where one of the beds wasn't put on the system, so my friend almost didn't have a bed for the night. Luckily, the lady checking me in was able to sort something out!
The kitchen could have been better equipped (but was adequate)
The rooms were so hot, fans would have been helpful!
3 tier bunk beds were terrifying trying to get up to.
Would have liked privacy curtains on beds.

Decided to upgrade our stay from a shared room to a private and the staff were very accommodating with this. Great room, not far from the center and has its own pub.
Lots of stairs especially when ur right at the top, but that honestly really doesn’t matter it is what it is and not a big issue

The location is great, walking distance from the city center. The design of the place was nice.
We had the private room, but the thin walls let us heard everything – each person opening/closing doors, others doing tea in their rooms, their conversations… Plus other guests were very noisy in the middle of the night. The kitchen and dining area were very dirty, all the signs about fees/what you must do were unwelcoming. There was a missing rack for clothes in our room and no way to turn off bathroom lights, for towels you have to pay extra.
