An excellent location off the Royal Mile. The room was spacious, and the in-room washer/dryer made our trip easier. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was a Sainsbury nearby for groceries. This room (#4) faces the back courtyard and church - we found it very light-filled yet without street noise. There is no elevator, but the steps were easy.

Nice amenities, shower was super, kitchen very workable, super quiet building, neutral furnishings, spacious enough, nice high ceilings. Didn’t have pre warning about lots of stairs to get to unit, courtyard was lit up all nite and metal blinds let light in all nite. Sleep masks provided but I cannot wear them so had light in bedroom at nite. Had issue with heating, didn’t work properly but they eventually sent a tech over and issue got resolved after a cold day. The company was good in acknowledging this and made it right for us. I would stay there again without question,…knowing the company handled the heating issue well.

Not the cleanest. Small bathroom with little to no space for your things…washer/dryer difficult to use despite following the instructions.
