Awesome location & very cool design of apartment & having a washer/“dryer…(it kinda dries)” was key when on a 2 week trip. Nice kitchen & living room to hang out & relax/watch movies/World Cup (when it was on itv (there’s only streaming on the tv). Great showers. Nice being able to use a code to get in & out.

One day the washer/dryer turned everything blue inexplicably & doesn’t fully dry clothes (but that’s more than most European washers can do). The MAIN problem with this apartment is the bottom bedroom doesn’t have a closed ceiling to the top loft so our kids could hear everything we said etc. so there’s no privacy. Also the windows aren’t well insulated at all so cold & sound come through easily

Very convenient, super large room and keyless access. Clean with nice shower.

We didn’t have hot water our first night. The property manager answered phone and was good about texting updates. And it was fixed the next day when we returned from sightseeing. But not having hot water is a problem.

We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment in Edinburgh. The location truly couldn’t have been better, everything felt so accessible, and it made exploring the city effortless and so enjoyable. The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully set up with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to settle in, and having access to laundry was such a bonus during our travels. And the views… just stunning. There was something really special about waking up and taking it all in. It felt comfortable, welcoming, and like a true home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh.

The only downside was our apartment was on the third floor with stairs, so just be mindful if you have heavy luggage.

Best location, large space, nice and neat
