Location is excellent, right on the Royal Mile, 5 minutes walk to the Castle, yet feels very quiet inside.
Well provided for amenities and all you need for a great stay.
Host is lovely, with fluent communication when you need it. 100% recommended

Location location location. Was a great place to stay close to royal mile and Edinburgh castle. Third floor walk up is really 4 floors but normal for city.
Edinburgh in general- I needed to be 10 years younger, lots of stairs and everything seemed to be up hill but beautiful.

Brilliant location
No lift & we had to torch on phone at night to guide us up the stairs to apartment
