Excellent location and very quiet. Immaculately clean.
Bed was hard and lumpy, microwave and hob very difficult to use, bathroom sink so tiny it did not function for designed use. What a mess every time we tried to wash our faces.

The bed was very comfy and the studio was cosy, spotless and with a great view especially at night
The constant emails about online check in procedure and the fact I had to share my passport number to check in on line . Once you get past that the system is good

The elevator was the BEST, and the location was most convenient.

Location is perfect.
The shower is not hot it is lukewarm at best, the hot water run out during our stay, the bed is very dusty you can see all the dust in the air, westwing there no elevator so we have to carry our 4 big luggae up 4 flight of stairs. TV is very old, the internet is very slow, the radiator is not hot enough the room is cold during the night even with all radiator turn on max
