JOIVY 1 bed Flat in Old Town, next to St Giles Cathedral

The location was exceptional, right in the middle of Old Town, beside St. Giles Cathedral and the Royal Mile. It was super easy to walk everywhere (the Castle is a 5 minute walk), restaurants, shops, galleries, etc. It was nice to have the kitchen facilities to avoid eating at expensive restaurants every day. We were able to go out in the morning sight-seeing and come back to the flat for lunch. The bathroom was spacious - it had both a shower and tub. It was surprisingly quiet at night - during the day not so much, as it's a very touristy area. The couch was comfy for the two of us, a nice big tv that has Netflix and lots of other channels.

The bed, while comfy, wasn't a full king-sized bed as we're used to in North America, more like a queen bed, maybe a little bigger but not a full-size king. The view is limited, you can only see a little of the Royal Mile at the end of the flat - enough to see what the weather was though.

The location in Old Town was amazing! So close and walkable to everything!

Excellent location. Nice living space with the couch and chairs by the window. Lots of natural light.

Bed was worn out. Shower is hard to use without getting water on the floor.
