Very spacious property, great location with very easy access to taxi’s, trams, shops and eateries.

Being in a central location it can be a bit nosy with local bars and traffic. Wasn’t a major problem but definitely woke in the night to the noise.

3 night stay. Flat #1

Location of unit on the red mile was perfect walking distance to all areas worth seeing in Edinburgh. Stayed in flat #1. It is described as 1 bedroom, however it has an extra separate room with sofa. In all, a Kitchen, 2 rooms and 1 bathroom. Two closets with cleaning equipment and safe. Kitchen has oven, dishwasher and laundry. Very clean upon arrival. Spacious for 2 adults and or small family. Zero issues on our stay. Unit is between and over two local pubs. We didn't hear any noise, mind you our stay was middle of January and off season. No staff on site, but kept in communication via emails and WhatsApp. The office is located in Edinburgh. We would stay here again!

Only complaint was the flooring, older laminate that creaked on every foot step when having to utilize the bathroom or kitchen at night. Obviously with jet lag and time zone differences, this would awake anyone during sleeping adjustments.

Too noisy and so sleep deprived I ended up booking somewhere else at added expense. Be warned

Location is good, right on the Royal Mile.

Unfortunately, we made the mistake of assuming the windows would insulate the noise. They didn’t do this effectively so we were awake most of the night with one of us in the lounge on a sofa trying to sleep there because it was too noisy in their bedroom, even on the higher floor the apartment was on.

We had a great stay. Large apartment with 2 bathrooms for a family of 6.

Easy to find. Great location on the Royal Mile. Easy access to everything in the old town and a short walk to the New town.

We were on the 3rd floor and from the back room you couldn't hear much but in the living room and the other rooms you could hear the life of the city. It wasn't too bothersome but we could hear people yelling in what seemed like an alley and bottles being recycled at the middle of the night.

Property was perfect for our stay. Right in the heart of Edinburgh on the Royal Mile. Apartment was clean, all amenities provided. Modern, bright and warm (it’s important in winter!). Great security entrance too!

Beautifully decorated, spacious and clean apartment. Everything you need including fancy toiletries in the bathroom. Tea and coffee in the kitchen and a cosy corner sofa in the lounge. Check in was easy and luggage store handy for bags and cases. Central location and close to everything you need.

The shower and sink drainage system is blocked water inthe showers was nearly over flowing,the sinks had problems draining. I would suggest that there must be hair blocking the pipes and would recommend pouring some bottles of drainage cleaner down there

Hard to regulate the heat. One bathroom for two bedrooms. The price was a little high considering there was no breakfast included.

Avoid if you like a reasonable sleep

Neat and tidy.

NOISE. Don't stay here unless you have good ear plugs or are a very sound sleeper. Even the under 30s in our family were disturbed during the night. Place needs double windows. The loungeroom also had continuous noise from the ventilation.

Excellent location on Royal Mile. Bathrooms a little on the small side but good quality finishes. Kitchen well stocked. All the bedrooms have heavy fire doors that cannot be propped open. Otherwise the property was excellent and would stay here again.

Great location on the Royal Mile. It felt very safe and secure. Apartment was very clean and modern appearing. Large deck with great views.

It needs double glazing! The Royal Mile is very busy with loud, late opening bars and noisy traffic in the early hours too. Even with windows closed the noise was unbearable. None of us slept well at all.
