Destiny Scotland - Broughton St Lofts

Property takes was absolutely beautiful … spacious, lovely loft and great position . Really a beautiful apartment

It lacked Information about how things worked, heating - cooling, garbage disposal, appliances … zero handover of the property. In such a beautiful place it was disappointing to have the washer/dryer not working. It was “fixed” we stayed in the apartment for 1.5 hours while it was “repaired” to find out ultimately it was still out of order. We selected to stay at this apartment so we could do a reset for a further one month of travel. Pack the bag with clean clothes and that didn’t happen for us. Also requested a hand towel for the downstairs bathroom that never happened. Some place are great and others are ok. This was OK

The room is very big and very well equipped, clean and tidy.

The room we received was on the second level but each level is like two floors high , also the bed is on the higher floor of the apartment (gallery floor), as we were tired and had big suitcases it wasn't convenient for us to go about 4 to 5 floors up without any elevator, in general that climbing was an unpleasant surprise. Also some noise from the street is a bit disturbing but that is acceptable.

Amazing location!

That there wasn't a lift

The location was perfect. Within walking distance from all major attractions. Instructions for entering the property were clear and use of a personalised digital code made it much easier.

Was disappointed with cleanliness, (floors didn’t look mopped, carpet needed a vacuum, and kitchen utensils were dirty). I only stayed two nights, but had it been longer I would have complained about the poor drainage in the upstairs bath and sink. Water was not draining well at all. In addition, the freezer needs to be de-iced, the top two drawers were frozen shut so were not functional. And the fridge door did not shut properly which was problematic due to me having to store breast milk for my baby.
