self catering , city centre apartment with Parking

The location was great! Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to and walk everywhere. There was lots of room to spread out, which was ideal for 6 travellers which included 2 kids. Check in was very easy.

The property was missing some things that would have made our stay more comfortable such as a tea towel, dish cloth, dishwashing tablet (or 2) and updated pillows. This made us nervous about the cleanliness of everything in the kitchen, how did the people before us wash things and also the cleanliness that we could leave everything. Our expectation is to have these things at the property. We also would have appreciated instructions to use the washer/dryer (it took us 5 hours to wash and dry, our laundry was locked in at one stage, and still came out damp. The drying rack was also broken.) But I would not let these comments stop you from booking, they are easy fixes if the host is willing.

Great location and great modern, spacious rooms

Mould in all bathrooms unfortunately. No complimentary tea and coffee or toiletries. Very hard and uncomfortable pillows. Very expensive price of stay

Great location, spacious flat, comfortable beds, nice linens

Lights in the main bathroom did not work and slow draining sink!! Bathroom Drains were all slow draining, freezer needs to be defrosted and need fans in ALL the rooms since windows did not open. Bathroom in main hallway smell like dirty diapers. Better description of location (downstairs unit) specially because I asked if we needed a lift.

The apartment is in an excellent location, within walking distance to both the bus and train station, shops and major attractions. It is a great size with loads of room for 6 people.

Cleanliness and amenities fell short during our stay. The floors were filthy, and the bathrooms need updating due to moldy grout and silicone. The kitchen is also poorly stocked, we only had four forks for six guests, no oven dishes, and wasn't provided with a tea towel.
