Perfekte Lage. Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung.

The property was in an excellent location. The rooms are big, well furnished and modern.

If I had to be very pernickety, the pillows look fantastic but your head just sinks straight to the mattress.

Wow! was what my children said when we arrived at this beautiful flat. It is spacious and very comfortable with 3 bedrooms, each with its ensuite bathroom, and large dining table. The location was excellent for the train station and the old city. There is a big shopping centre very near with various places to eat. There is also a Tesco express very near. I would recommend.

Aesthetically the apartment is very pleasing. It felt very glamorous but also homely. The space for a city stay was very welcome, especially the generous lounge area. En suite bathrooms for all bedrooms made for a convenient arrangement with multiple guests. The apartment is very central - just 10 minute walk to most places we needed to be.

Behind the immediate decor, the apartment is a little worn in several places and could do with some maintenance. When we arrived we could not get into the properly because the lock barrel had slipped on the main lock. It was decommissioned for the rest of our stay but it didn't feel too safe just relying on the top latch. Some fixtures were loose including the towel holder in one of the bathrooms and a plug in a bath. The heaters were not all working and when turned on were dripping (so we turned them off again but you can see historic stains from the same occurrence). There is quite a bit of dust in places including the clothing cupboards and carpet in the lounge. The jacuzzi bath in the biggest room looked in need of a deep clean. The location meant that there was a lot of noise - not something that can be helped but worth bearing in mind if you intend to sleep in the front two rooms. The outside of the property was pretty dirty with rubbish collected from the street level over some time.
