A beautiful apartment in a very nice area. We were within walking distance of the Royal Mile, the train station, restaurants and a Tesco Express. Plenty of towels, hot water and kitchen utensils. Large, airy rooms—we had a great time! Thank you!

The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious and quiet. There was plenty of room for our group of six older adults and we appreciated having the extra half bath downstairs. The location has easy access to restaurants and small neighborhood markets to pick up a few needed items. We enjoyed our time there very much!

Great stay in Edinburgh at this flat. Location was excellent and the home full of character. Would recommend!

Great stay with everything you need. The apartment is lovely and in a great location. Very clean too. Near lots of restaurants. Highly recommend the Magnum up the road but do book in advance. Just 2 extra points to be aware of, there are lots of stairs up to the apartment and parking is free on weekends but through the week it's pay to park.

While generally our stay in the apartment was quite enjoyable I do have a few comments: At checkin we noticed the absence of toilet paper and dishwasher soap while this was remedied the next day, it was a little off putting The kitchen is quite well equipped at first sight, but it looks like the cups and mugs are more the leftover after many breakages, so there was no complete set. With regard to the cutlery there were no knives for cutting and preparing meals (even if we found a knife sharpener and a bread knife). So, preparing meals become quite complex… The living room couches were quite worn and could use a refresh. We were told we could only have one set of keys, which is not the most flexible arrangement for a group of adults. We used the outdoor key lock, but I did not find that very comforting Imagine our surprise when cleaning staff showed up on Saturday in the apartment one full day before our scheduled move out (caused by an alleged snafu in systems we were told…) None of the above prevented an enjoyable stay, but they took away a little of the shine.

After 4 years at the Unioversity of Edinburgh, my family and I travelled up to attend my son's graduation ceremony. The flat was in an excellent location for the university, restaurents and pubs/bars. The flat itself was lovely, a classic New Town property. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all generously sized, as was the sitting room. The property was all we wished for and more, I could not reccommend this proeprty enough.

As a family of 5 we were very comfortable here. It was exactly as described with nice views and a great location that was very walkable. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore the Stockbridge area.
