Location and facilities were outstanding. We had everything we needed. We loved that each room had a bathroom, and the provided toiletries were of a very high standard, as was the decor. We loved the provided bathrobes and slippers. The kitchen was also very well equipped, and the apartment was very clean throughout. Location felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again.
The windows were quite draughty, which in the winter meant that the bedrooms were a little cold. It should have been mentioned that there are 3 fights of stairs and no lift in the description, but this didn't affect our enjoyment of our stay.

Very central and great for hopping on the tram at Princes St. Clean, tidy and exactly what we needed for the weekend. There was 5 of us plus a toddler and we all had more than enough space/each had our own bathroom. Amazing customer service.
I added on our toddler for the trip on the Monday before check in. We were given a great, quality high chair which is always appreciated and a travel cot. I just wish I had been told that there was no bedding included for the cot. I wouldn’t mark the property down for this as I know this isn’t the only place it happens but I just wish we’d been told. I would have happily supplied my own if I’d known before arriving.
