The location and layout were excellent.
The stairs. There are several flights of stairs to reach the apartment and more stairs inside the apartment. Not an issue if you don’t have mobility issues.

The keys were not in the lockbox as expected but mgmt arrived very quickly with a back up set but the front entrance key was difficult to open
