A nice clean and comfortable apartment in a convenient location.

The apartment location is perfect, walking distance to all main attractions. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. Apartment is clean and nicely decorated. It has all the essentials in the kitchen although we did not use the kitchen much except boiling hot water. Beds are comfortable. The views from the living room and kitchen windows are very nice.

70+ stairs to the apartment. We read other reviews before we booked it so we were prepared. Some noise from the street below at the bedroom side. But none of these bother us.

Great apartment with amazing views! Don't bring heavy luggage!

The apartment is clean and has a nice furnishing with all amenities and kinds of equipment. The view is astonishing - especially at sunrise and sunset. There are different types of pillows, the showers work fine, the TV set is big enough, the laundry machine is equipped with detergents, the fridge and washing machine are cutting edge, the kitchen is stuffed with all sorts of dills, oils, salts, kitchen paper, etc.

There is NO elevator and the apartment is on the 4 floor - imagine a middle-aged couple climbing up with two big suitcases and two small ones:(

Comfortable and spacious apartment

Perfect location for exploring Edinburgh. A very well kept and comfortable accommodation. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and made dining in easy.

The 70 steps to reach the apartment were a challenge, especially with heavy suitcases. The view from the living room was lovely though.

1. Need more towels. 2. very steep stairs and on the 4th floor. Left must be there because it is the only the thing that annoyed us.

No water in mornings. Building refurbs both sides.

It should have been a pleasant experience. See below.

no water pressure in mornings. the building is surrounded by two big noisy refurbishments either side. Maintenance people buzz your door before 8am to access the building. The management company Altido plays dumb about the systemic water issue despite it being raised before. See other review on here. Altido who managed the property try to stage manage you until the end of your stay by suggesting that they can fix the problem, suggest offering compensation and when you leave agree with your diagnosis of the problem but refuse compensation. This has never happed to me before and will never happen again. AVOID.

good location and very spacious.

the 4 flight walk up should be made clear in the marketing. poor water pressure making showers and toilet flushing impossible in the mornings. lack of responsive from management company was poor. an apology isn’t sufficient.

Super Apartment in perfekter Lage

Das Apartment ist in perfekter Lage in New Town. Der Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer ist sehr cool, über die ganze Stadt bis zum Meer. Es ist sehr geräumig und super für ein paar Tage in Edinburgh.

In dem 2. Badezimmer das an einem Schlafzimmer angrenzt riecht es leider sehr stark nach Schimmel. Das hat uns nicht so sehr beeinträchtigt, da es noch ein großes Bad auf dem Gang gibt. Außerdem gibt es leider keine Kaffeemaschine. Alles andere war super
