Excellent property in amazingly central location. Lots of character and well furnished and equipped.
The management company was a disappointment! Contacted them for check in details- was informed will be sent to me 2 hrs before check in. Had to call them twice to get the instructions!!!
There is a coffee machine in the property. No pods with it!! Called and asked for pods- were told will be delivered- never arrived!!!

Location was great, considering it being central, it was very spacious. Everything else was as per our expectation. Close to all activities and sights in Edinburgh
A few days before my daughter called up the call center and inquired about concerns (based on a recent review she had read of the apartment) unfortunately the customer service lady who spoke to her was sarcastic, rude and dismissive, disappointing. If not for customer srvice it deserves a 8+ rating

excellent location
it was not convenient at all. we didn't feel safe. there is a room that has another entrance, anyone could enter the apartment. all windows are secured , so no fresh air at night at all. i wouldn't stay again here.
