With three modern bathrooms, this home is ideal for families or groups. The living area features a television, while the kitchen and dining space accommodate eight guests. A desk area provides a workspace, and the highlight is the private terrace with outdoor furniture and a hot tub. High speed wireless internet is available throughout the property.
Guest Access:
● Guests will have access to the entire apartment except for one cupboard in the master bedroom.
● Guests will have access to free parking at the property.
● The property is on the fourth floor, and there is a lift available.
● There are 84 steps of stairs to the property.

Edinburgh Castle, Old Town and all the city’s famous attractions are within walking distance from the property as well as some of the city’s best bars and restaurants.
Getting Around:
● There is free parking available at the property.
● Queen Street Gardens West bus stop is a short 4-minute walk.
● While a 12-minute walk will take you to St Andrew Square tram stop.

Edinburgh Airport: 26-minute taxi ride
Other Things to Note:
∗Please note that а refundable damage deposit of £250 is mandatory and should be paid via card and before check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if there is no damage, we refund the deposit within 2 days via bank transfer.
∗Please note the property is fitted with a noise-detection device.
∗Please note that JOIVY is not responsible or liable for any lost, misplaced or stolen items during guest stays.
∗Pets are welcome, but please let us know in advance. An extra charge of £50 pet fee will be added.

The apartment was exactly as listed. It’s very private with elevator access. The balconies that wrap around the home provide beautiful views of the park, castle, and skyline. The apartment is located just steps away from great restaurants, pubs, and shopping. 10/10 would recommend
