All the rooms were very nice

The entry stairs are difficult. It would be nice if it had a handrail along the wall where the steps are the widest.

We were a group of 9 lads who were in Edinburgh for the weekend for the Edinburgh tattoo. The apartment was perfect for us and the location although not central was only a fifteen minute walk to the city centre but in a lovely area with nice bars within walking distance. It was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. Great communication with the owners and they were helpful at all stages in answering enquiries. We will definitely stay there again

It was a little dated and we struggled opening the door but to be honest for the price it was still excellent value for money.

Bedrooms good size and plenty of

Location, size of rooms.

Kitchen filthy. No glasses, cups and other equipment dirty. Just to say also people drinking outside at hotel next door till 1am at weekend so not great for noise.

About the property? Not much.

We arrived to a cold apartment in the evening at the end of October. As a minimum courtesy, I would have expected to temper the apartment to a reasonable heat but instead, we learned that the boiler is faulty. I had to make phone calls to the landlord's management team and booking to sort it out. It took more than an hour to get the message through that the apartment is cold and we do not want to stay like that. Booking told us that the landlord has 30 minutes to respond and address the issue. They promised to guide me from the distance how to fix it. After another 30 minutes, they finally accepted that it can not be resolved from the distance. It was past 22:00 and as I was travelling with 6 exhausted kids and booking was not keen on finding another suitable property for us we decided to bunk in one room with the spare electric heater. I discussed with the landlord's management that I am not willing to pay for this night and if the boiler is not fixed in the morning we will move from the apartment. After 23:00 a handyman came and fixed the boiler so finally, we got the heating going. This took me 2 hours of heated calls with Booking.com and the landlord's management team and our first night was spoiled due to negligence by the landlord. Compensation obviously has not been made yet - we are still arguing.

De locatie had een erg fijne woonkamer en ruimte slaapkamers. Voor een groep is het een hele fijne plek om te zitten. Er was veel aanwezig: - Dekens - Handdoeken - Strijkbout en Strijkplank - Pannen en serviesgoed De locatie was verder prima en je bent snel bij wat horeca en winkels. Het centrum is 20 minuten lopen en er stoppen genoeg bussen in de buurt.

De matrassen waren niet de beste kwaliteit. Zelf ben ik wat minder fan van self check in. Ik vind dat altijd wat onpersoonlijk.
