Lots of space across 3 floors, gorgeous home, we really enjoyed our group stay. The living room had plenty of space and a fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. Would recommend for groups.

Beautiful charming old house perfect for large groups

A beautiful old house with so much charm and character spread over three floors. The rooms are large and comfortable, check in process was easy and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need for a few days stay with a large group. The rooms are separated enough to feel private even if you’re all staying in one property.

Windows very thin so a bit cold in some of the rooms. The bathrooms need better toilets and showers, especially the upstairs shower. It’s a shame some of the carpets are getting so worn down in such a beautiful property. Maybe providing house shoes could avoid this. The Wi-Fi didn’t work on the top or the second floor which was fine for one evening but if we had been there longer it would have been a problem.

Great for large groups.

We never stayed in an apartment with 4 floors :D It felt like being on a castle. Lots of space! Great location close to city center.

Some of the beds were a little creaky. The water pressure was low.

Was lovely to stay in such a grand home, lots of space for all 9 of us. Perfectly located, so close to lots of restaurants & walking distance to Princess St & public transport including train station.

Great house, great location, but no hot water!

The house was very grand and uniquely decorated with various pieces of art and some large murals on the walls. The lounge was a really good space for the group to come together and there was enough room for everyone to sit.

We had no hot water on 2 out of 3 days and with a large group all needing showers this was not well received. The host came on the 2nd day and resolved the issue for the evening, but the water was cold again the next day. There was very little bedding on the beds - I.e. one thin pillow and thin duvets and the beds were very thin and soft.

Great stay, highly recommend

The location to everything was amazing, and the house gorgeous. Would highly recommend! Especially for travelers from abroad that want to experience a British city house at its best. Everywhere you looked there was fun art and mirrors, every room had a personality and a fun twist.

Remember to get instructions for heating and keys, John was very easy to ask and it got sorted easily and fast.

Erittäin tilava ja viihtyisä asunto. Huoneita oli paljon ja kaikki oli puhdasta ja ehjää. Omistaja oli erittäin ystävällinen ja palvelualtis. Saimme apua nopeasti joka kerta kun sille tarvetta tuli.

Majoituksessa oli melko kylmä, lämmitys EI kuulunut hintaan vaan siitä joutui myös talvikautena maksamaan 10£/päivä ekstraa. Suihkun vesipaine varsinkin ylimmässä kerroksessa oli surkea.
