The location was excellent and the ease of in and out was perfect.
Lots of steps, difficult for older individuals and anyone traveling w large suitcases.

Location fine.
Now I’m normally fussy but the following needs to be addressed: plug doesn’t seal in hand basin, shower/bath slippery needs a mat, no grab handle for support in that area, trying to watch tv, hopeless. Internet connection kept failing, couldn’t watch hardly anything. Window catch in bedroom didn’t hold. On my booking was given address, which was then given to pickup from airport. Arrived at location at same time as Spanish couple. Fellow took my case up to room and tried code, didn’t work. Looked at latest email saying stay was at another address up the road. WHAT!!! So off we travelled the Spanish fellow and he helped me into my room, FINALLY. Had I not had this help would have been disastrous. Totally not acceptable. But would say appartment was nicely appointed.
