We could walk everywhere. Short walk from Waverley Station.
Stairs. Door to one of the bathrooms could not be opened all the way.

Nicely decorated apartment with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms. Also, having a garage for parking was a huge bonus! Good location not far from St. Andrew’s Square.
There are two sets of stairs to get up to the three bedrooms, and only one bathroom on that floor. The other bathroom is on the middle floor with the kitchen and living area. Ground floor has the garage, washer and dryer and a small bedroom. So if stairs are an issue, might not be a good choice.

I absolutely LOVED the location. The property was great, quiet, easy to find, beautifully furnished. Felt like a home. Had everything we needed.
When we had arrived there were 3 bedrooms upstairs all made ready for the group, however the bedroom on the ground floor was not made ready, was just left as an empty room, even though our booking details stated how many people were staying. 8.
We called the staff as there was no bedding, they said they would sort it and call us back, they didn't. We found a duvet with no cover in a drawer, however it was mouldy, one of the girls was pregnant, so that was disturbing. The bed was meant to pull out into a double, however we weren't sure how this worked and didn't want to break it, so one of us slept on a mattress on the floor. Which isn't what we paid for.
Also before getting to the property, communication with the company who run this property was poor.
And it would have been nice to have Christmas decorations in the property, as most people coming to Edinburgh in December are most likely coming for the Christmas markets.

Spacious and well lit three story house in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Appliances, including the washer/dryer were new and worked well.
- the toilets have a push and hold flush. It frequently took multiple attempts to get a flush.
- shower control on the third floor is awkward with wet hands. It also takes much longer for the water to settle into a constant temperature on the third floor shower than the second floor one.
- a number of plugs in the house did not work

Really great location with local grocers 2 minutes away and city shops 10 minutes walk away. Quiet at night. Really well stocked kitchen for self catering.
watch out for passers-by putting landfill trash in the green recycle bin. also it was my first time using booking.com and the pin number seen in the booking app is not related to the pin of the door keypad to access the property. check the emails from the property owner for the correct door access pin!

The location of our stay was fantastic as it was a 10 minute walk from all the main parts of Edinburgh.
The space was excellent and the beds were really comfortable.
The oven was tricky to operate which made making meals in the apartment for our group a lengthy task which could have been avoided with a better model!

Great location within walking distance of central attractions, shopping, restaurants and the university. It's also very convenient for the tram to and from the airport. It's quiet, and comes with a garage if needed.
It was adequate, but not exactly luxury. There was no mirror in the downstairs bathroom, and no soap or shower gel in either of the bathrooms, only handsoap. A cosmetic issue, but the fascia panel for the dishwasher in the kitchen has come off.

The blinds in 2 of the bedrooms were broken, the light in the landing didn’t work & the front of the dishwasher was broken, exposing screws.

The apartment was ideally located, immaculately clean and tastefully decorated
We struggled to find it...as we found Dublin Street and numbering started at no 5...it was around the corner. On booking.com we couldn't find the postcode for quite some time.
We left rubbish in bins in the garage...we hope that was correct x

The location of the property is ideal for those wanting a central location right near the citys main attractions along with some good local restaurants nearby. Its set back and around a 5 minute walk to attractions and the shopping centre in a quiet street. The property is equipped with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two kitchen areas, along with a living room and dining area as well as a garage to park your car if you're driving. Ideal place to stay if there's a group of you, highly recommended!

El espacio. La cocina muy bien surtida de todo. La casa está reformada no hace mucho tiempo y se está muy bien.
Las escaleras y el suelo son de madera y crujen demasiado. Cada paso que das se oye en toda la casa. Una de las duchas no funciona bien.
