A little awkward, getting the key and three flights of stairs can be difficult for a larger party

Very tranquil and warm, a beautiful view of the castle was very special. Went to Edinburgh with family. Such a great place that created fond memories

Location very good , beautiful views. Stunning location, beautiful apartment, and a management company that fixed a window issue within four hours of us reporting it. On paper this should have been a five-star stay.

Unfortunately a severe sewage smell throughout the property made that impossible. It was strong enough to make members of our 4 person group feel physically unwell and was present for the entire duration of our stay. The plugin air fresheners in every room suggest the host is aware of the problem. We paid €1,100 for the weekend. At that price this is not acceptable. We did not raise it at the time, which we regret. But the smell was there from arrival and showed no sign of improving. Until it is properly resolved we would not return and could not recommend it to others.
