Stunning apartment in fabulous central location. Very comfortable

The entrance and stairs have issues with the lighting and could do with some cleaning, so when we arrived the stairwell was dark, and a little intimidating. However it is in total contrast to the beautiful apartment! Many steep stairs to get up to apartment and you need a good level of fitness.

The apartment was spacious in an excellent location

It was on the 4th floor and only accessed via stairs no lift. The stairway was dark during the day.

Did not want to leave....

The host responded very quickly to all messages. The apartment was very beautiful, well equipped and exceeded our expectations in size, decor, facilities everything. When we return to Edinburg it will be the first place we check for availability for sure. In the living room the pool table, arcade machine and Playstation were a hit with our teenage kids. Plus an interesting sports memorabilia "easter egg" on the wall... :)

The only issue was the stairs going up to the apartment... We are relatively fit but still needed to catch our breath when we reached the top!... :)

There was no light in the hallway and was dangerous at night with 4 floors to climb It would have been helpful to have wardrobes or at least some hangers to hang clothes

Property was very clean and tidy, host was accommodating. Facilities were great, TV’s and pool table included.

Perfect location, awesome arcade machine and pool table

The location is great, the arcade machine and pool table are good addition. Host was quick and helpful. The stairs really aren't that bad, they only get easier as the stay progresses. Partner suffers from vertigo and she managed it fine, just don't look over the edge!

Slight mixup with being told we could check in earlier, only to find a dirty uncleaned property. But the host was VERY quick to sort it out, cleaners arrived in 35 minutes so all good.

Wonderful stay at a very good property.

It was a good property for 7 of us to stay , comfy with lots of space . Location was good could walk to the high street and other local attractions easily. Lots of restaurants below as well. Ample plates , glasses , cutlery etc were provided. Beds were comfortable too.

The stairs to 5th floor especially with heavy luggage was really difficult .

The stair was extremely dark and hard to go to the apartment as its on the 5th floor hard to carry our luggage, no elevator. some lights in the house also not working.

pretty large aprtment. can house 8 pax comfortably. clean and well designed.. AJM was responsive and friendly throughout our stay.. explained things well..

its a walk up apartment and sits on top floor.. need a little effort to go up with all the luggages and golf bags.. otherwise ots perfect for our group..

Me gustó la ubicación ( está céntrico a 10 minutos de la ciudad vieja, paradas de autobuses, supermercados …)y lo bien que está el alojamiento. 4 dormitorios equipados , 2 baños, una cocina grande y un salón aún más grandes . Hacía buena temperatura . Y todo era acogedor. Volvería a repetir sin duda

No hay ascensor y hay que subir por las escaleras, cuando vas con niños o personas mayores puedes ser un poco complejo. Pero aún así, lo recomiendo.

Fijn en ruim appartement.

De ligging en lekker ruim appartement.

Dat je flink wat trappen op moest om bij het appartement te komen. Verder zit er een enorme afzuiger van een restaurant aan de achterkant van het pand waardoor je met het raam open, allerlei etensluchten binnen krijgt. En er is geen airco in het appartement waardoor je wel de ramen open moet doen bij warm weer.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l’emplacement est idéal , et l’appartement est très confortable et spacieux pour 8

L’emplacement, les chambres, les sanitaires, le séjour, la réactivité de l’hôte , le pub en bas de l’immeuble.

La cuisine pas très propre et sous équipée : un piano de cuisine mais pas de casserole utilisable (uniquement poêles) , pas de planche à découper, pas de grande passoire , pas de torchon ni manique, pas de plat pour le four. Que 2 petites cuillères! Donc même pour faire des pâtes, c’était compliqué. En tant que française qui aime cuisiner, j’ai été très frustrée de découvrir un piano qui ne puisse pas être exploité, c’est dommage…

Ein gelungener Familientripp

Die Wohnung hatte für eine Familiengruppe wie wir waren, alles notwendige zu bieten und war komfortabel. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Eine ruhige Lage hat die Wohnung auch - vor allem das Zimmer in den Innenbereich. Ein sehr gutes Pub ist gleich neben der Eingangstür und auch andere Möglichkeiten gegeben.

Das für die Koffer zu hinterstellen vor CheckIn bzw. Checkout zusätzlich Geld verlangt wurde, war mir neu und fand ich etwas überzogen. Da aber die Möglichkeiten für Kofferaufbewahrung in Edinburgh schlecht und teuer sind, ist es wohl scheinbar normal.

Bel appartement très grand et confortable pour 8 personnes, très bien situé avec une belle vue sur le château, et très calme- Entre 10 et 30 mn environ de tous les endroits stratégiques d'Edimbourg - A recommander pour le prix, le confort et la situation .

ménage un peu léger dans la cuisine ,les salles de bain, et sur les vitres, mais la pollution de la ville est surement en partie responsable
