Location was great Apartment was beautiful .. decorated perfectly Bathrooms stunning Kitchen area very good Beds very comfortable Communication very good and pretty much everything easy to access and follow (entry / wi fi etc)

We really loved the place .. if being picky would say didnt like... Check in and out times - would have liked earlier check in and later check out (but appreciate cleaning schedule probably requires this) No bath No microwave

The apartment itself is very nice, and the location is excellent. The bathroom is also beautifully designed and looks very modern. Overall, it is a lovely and well-presented apartment.

Although the Pentland Suite is advertised as suitable for disabled guests and wheelchair users, I found it quite difficult to access with my power wheelchair. There is a tight corner at the entrance with limited space to turn, which made getting in and out difficult. The mattress was also uncomfortable for me. As someone with very limited mobility who cannot easily change position during the night, it caused me quite a lot of back pain. The bathroom looks beautiful, but I did not find it very practical. When taking a shower, much of the bathroom floor becomes wet, including the area around the toilet, which makes using the toilet afterwards difficult. Overall, although I liked the apartment and its location, I personally would not book this apartment again as a wheelchair user.
