About this house rental
This fine Georgian upper townhouse makes a perfect base for exploring Edinburgh. It has every comfort to be your home-from-home.
Please note: 5 night minimum stay during August, half-term and New Year.
Our townhouse has 6 bedrooms and bathrooms:

Our Townhouse is located in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town. Everything is walking distance and we have great transit links being a two minute walk from Princes Street (where almost all the city's buses stop).
Please note the property is up three flights of stairs, so is not wheelchair accessible.
We have a 5 night minimum stay policy during Christmas, New Year and during the festival in August.
Dogs are welcome by prior agreement. There is a charge of £10/night per dog, payable on arrival.

We have stayed in many vacation homes over the years, including in Edinburgh, and this was our absolute favorite! Here's why:
It is located on a lovely street very close to the castle and to many great shops, restaurants, and parks
The home is beautiful inside from top to bottom. Every room is uniquely and thoughtfully decorated.
This was by far the most well-equipped home we've ever rented, starting with the kitchen and going from there. Everything we needed was on hand.
There were many nice touches that greeted us on arrival - fresh flowers, a big bowl of fresh fruit, extra toothbrushes and amenities in all of the bathrooms, milk/juice/bread on the kitchen counter, etc
This property houses an amazing array of excellent and interesting books!
There was a lot of space for our clothing and other items, and the home was very clean and well-maintained
It was amazingly soundproof between rooms!
8 of us stayed in the home, and we entertained additional guests at times, yet we never felt crowded.
We just loved our stay and highly recommend this property!

We had the most wonderful stay here while visiting Edinburgh for our daughter’s wedding. She lives locally, and our family traveled in from abroad to celebrate, so having such a beautiful, comfortable space to gather together meant everything to us. The home is absolutely gorgeous, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly welcoming. It was the perfect place to relax, spend time as a family, and make special memories during such an important occasion. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh.
