Location, cleanliness, comfort.
Could not access BBC 1 due to TV licence restrictions.
No plug in en suite bathroom sink (Appartment16)
Shower had poor water pressure and temperature was erratic.
(Christmas decorations and plastic flowers outside do not enhance the quality feel-get rid!)

The location is exceptional. It’s walking distance to Dean’s Village, Grassmarket etc! The room is very large with queen bed (comfortable) sectional sofa, dining room table and chairs and kitchen with all the necessities.
There was a leaky shower and the paint was flaking off. A little updating and it would be perfect!

Great location, easy access instructions and nice character to the building. Gorgeous newly renovated bathroom too.

Contacted host as husband is blind requesting easy access room to be up on fourth floor with 76 steps to climb every time wish they would have let
