JOIVY Elegant New Town Flat near Princes Street

It was clean, tidy and spacious with all the things needed.

Tried calling uber from the property but got rejected by 2 drivers as they could not find my location. Had to walk 5-7 mins ahead of the building and then, I got pickup.

Appartement très bien situé, à côté du bus, de la gare, et tramway (idéal pour l'aéroport). Très spacieux et très bien équipé.

Ideal location to the conference center - parking space was a bonus - easy and good communication from the owner

The location of the flat is good for central Edinburgh and west end.

Searched booking.com for a 2 bed property and this one came up in the results. The second bed is a sofa bed in the living room. What the listing didn’t say is that once you book (non-refundable booking too) you are then sent a link to pay extra for bedding and asked to sign a lengthy contract. I contacted Booking.com who agreed, hidden charges were not acceptable and told the property to provide the bedding. Guess what they didn’t do!? Not really a luxury apartment, it’s a beautiful apartment but in need of tlc and little extras missing like coasters for drinks and placemats for the dinner table.
