Lovely Festival Flat

La posizione dell’alloggio permette di raggiungere il centro in 5 minuti a piedi, passeggiando in una zona ben animata e fornita di bar, supermercati, ristoranti, negozi. Tre camere da letto ci hanno permesso di alloggiare con comodità e privacy. La cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario, così come gli altri ambienti. I gestori sono sempre disponibili e le risposte rapidissime. La pulizia di bagno, lavello e piano cottura era impeccabile.

Migliorerei la pulizia delle superfici (comunque più che accettabile).

Great location, kitchen good size. Could sleep up to 6 if necessary. Dishwasher and washing machine available, and bedding and towels.

Damp smell in kitchen, front door to street level does not close properly and staircase not well lit. Staircase totally unsuitable for people with mobility issues. Lots of creaking floorboards. No TV so should bring something to watch tv/plenty activities if you have children and want to keep them entertained in the evening

Location was great and easy to find, instructions clear, space was clean homely, private, quiet, Internet working well, all handy for us.

We needed to get used to the stairs

Comfortable, good kitchen, 3 double beds

Street facing windows of two bedrooms seemed permanently propped open with wooden blocks. Cold and noisy. But moved to back bedroom. The flat was pretty cold by 1930. No heating after that time. Got an email reply quite promptly (once I realised on Saturday I’d misaddressed the original email I sent about it)about the way of changing the timing. The management company couldn’t be contacted by phone about adjusting heating because the phone number they offered on the laminated card repeatedly didn’t connect. The front external door key was very tricky. I spent an increasingly anxious and long 10 mins on a v wet Saturday evening repeatedly reinserting and gently jiggling the key. Eventually it opened (thankfully cos I would otherwise have been locked out for the night with the agents uncontactable). It was only after I started pressing the bells of a couple of other downstairs flats ( which the notes understandably say I shouldn’t do) and shortly after that I got in. Coincidence?
