Lovely staff, proximity to cafes, restaurants - within a short walk. Lovely cafe for breakfast a few doors up. Comfortable bed. Great shower with lots of hot water. Spotlessly clean. Parking available.
The lighting way too bright in the apartment with no way of dimming and no table lamps. Pillows roo plump and no other option. Our bedroom was on the road which was noisy at times.

Parking but have to book.
The accommodation is split between tow locations and so if you are in the main building where the reception is its great, I was in the other building next to the main road and so it was noisy, ground floor the room vibrated when a large vehicle went past, same as the main building I stayed in previously was awesome.

Very clean, great facilities. Secure car parking. Friendly staff, good value for money.
A bit of a walk to centre which we didn’t mind.

Staff was great. Very accommodating with our arrival schedules and super helpful. Parking in the city centre is a plus. And the beds were super comfortable. Apartments are clean and modern with kitchen well equipped.

A nice cinema and food options and grocery shoppings on short walk
Very comfortable and good location
The weekend rental was considerably higher than weekdays. But makes sense i suppose considering mostly tourists visiting

Modern and clean facility. Close walking distance to coffee shops and food places. Good 10 minute walk from Westend tram station. Large lounge, dining and kitchen area in our 1 and 2 bedroom units we had for our family. 2 bathrooms in the 2 bedroom unit, and both units had washer/dryer, dishwasher in them. Well supplied with utensils, crockery, cutlery and pots/bowls etc. There was a nice communal area by reception with a coffee machine and sink etc, toilets at reception. Secure carparking was 15 pounds per day. Reception very accommodating with extra towels.
Could have done with a microwave to reheat food. And facecloths for washing.

The property was easily accessible, really close to all the tourist attractions. Car parking available at a cost. Staff member who checked us in, Duncan. He was wonderful, helped us with our suitcase. Made us feel extremely welcomed. Gave us lots of advice on how to get around the city and places to visit. Ad it was our first time visiting it was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting.
The heating was a bit slow, would have appreciated an extra fan heater to get warm quickly. Also would have loved some more blankets and throws on the sofa. As Scotland is very cold at times.

The location is little bit near around 15 minutes walking distance
Unfortunately, the apartment building was about 100 meters away from the check-in location, and we had to walk at night with our luggage, and the stone pathway damaged the suitcase wheels.
There was no cleaning service throughout the entire 6-night stay.
You also can’t enjoy the weather from the apartment because they don’t allow the balcony to be opened for safety reasons.
All hotels around the world allow balcony access, so I really don’t understand the point.

Mostly clean, storage big windows.
So noisy. Could hear other washing machines which sounded like drills- super loud vibrating.
Dust or some wood shavings on face of bathroom door that should have been wiped off.
Front door doesn’t even close properly- you can physically see a gap around the entire door opening. Which caused it to rattle the whole night.

The apartment was super clean and everything was nicely presented. Quite spacious aa well, with a full kitchen and two TVs. I liked the welcome snacks. The location was also fine, about 25 mins to get to the old city center by foot and also easy to get to the airport. It was quiet and the folks at reception were nice.
When we arrived at the apartment, it was freezing cold. We tried turning on the heating via the thermostat, but it didn't work straight away. We ringed the reception, so they came in and sorted it out. They were responsive, but it still took around 3h for the apartment to heat up and to feel comfortable to take our coats off. There was breeze coming in from the window and one of the radiators didn't seem to work at all, that didn't help.
There was also another room in the apartment which was locked and we didn't know what's it for.

We LOVED everything about this place. On our arrival the staff showed us to our apartment and how to use everything. Washing machine and dryer were a HUGE bonus. The kitchen facilities meant we didn't have to eat out every night and saved us heaps. The is a Tesco just around the corner. Bed was super comfy and the separate living area meant I could stay up and watch a movie if my wife decided to go bed. If I could give 6 stars I would.
The wifi was a bit hit and miss.

We had a very pleasant stay at PREMIER SUITES Edinburgh. One of the key highlights was the 24-hour front desk, which made us feel truly secure and supported, especially since our flight arrived quite late at night. Having someone there to welcome us and help with check-in was a big relief after a long journey.
The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed — a full kitchen, washing machine, and all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable and self-sufficient. We really appreciated the option to request daily rubbish collection, which kept the space clean and tidy throughout our stay. The bedding was also exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to rest well every night.
It honestly felt like we had a little home in Edinburgh — cozy, functional, and welcoming.
The bedroom sizes were relatively small, especially considering it’s a two-bedroom apartment. But that’s a minor issue compared to all the positives.

A small point, but the corners of the shower were black. Generally it was very clean, but the black rather let down a perfect presentation

Noisy at night, maybe just bad luck we picked a night when a massive group decided to sit outside.

A fabulous self contained flat with it's own front door, we felt very safe staying there. The accommodation was sound proofed so a fabulous good nights sleep. The location is a ten minute walk from the tram stop. The Fountain Cafe next door serve a fab breakfast with a good menu choice. Tesco around the corner for your self catering needs.
Nothing not to like - we wished we stayed longer.

Nice, new, comfortable apartmans in walking distance from the main attractions of Edinburgh.
All the equipments and accessories were provided for self catering and comfort. Good private parking places
The only thing we did not understand was why the living room door had an mechanic door closer, so we could not keep it open. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for us.

24/7 receprion. Comfy beds and super clean. Loved there was water, milk packets and coffee to start you off.
It was pricy and not as near the university as I thought.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms and facilities were very clean and spacious, which made the stay extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout. Another plus was the reasonably priced parking lot, which made things more convenient.
None.

Location and Carparking. Clean rooms.
Do not use the washing machine/dryer. After 4 hours we gave up and took our soppy wet clothes to our next destination and a laundromat.
