Host was easy to contact and answered questions very quickly. They also laid out a sweet little welcome which the kids really liked. The location is really close to the train station so getting into the city was really easy.
The apartment is fine for short stays. It is a little cramped but that is to be expected of city apartments. The shower in the closet is odd but they are clearly trying to make a small footprint work. It does need a few things to make it a little more comfortable for families, blackout blinds in the bedrooms, especially in summer when it stays light until late. Some basic kitchen stuff, especially bowls as we had to buy paper ones for our stay and a clothes rack. There is a washing machine but no where to hang clothes once you are done.
