About this apartment rental

This 4 bedroom flat is bright and sunny with plenty of space for groups or families.

It has an open plan living, kitchen and dining area with all the modern conveniences you could want. TV, DVD, wireless internet, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The bedrooms are most attractive and comfortable. There are four bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king-size bed with ensuite bathroom, and 3 twin bedded rooms. One of the bedrooms can be zip linked to form a king size bed. One of the twin bedrooms does not have a window. Sofa bed in the sitting room for 7th and 8th person. All linen, towels and bedding are included.

The apartment is conveniently located for access to the vibrant city centre with it's unique New Town and charming Old Town. It is also served by the Airlink bus and only a few minutes walk from Haymarket Railway Station. There is one parking space provided free of charge. Additional cars can be parked on the street (metered), or in local NCP car parks.

Nearby amenities include supermarkets and restaurants and the apartment also benefits from private parking and use of a roof terrace with views of the castle and a swimming pool and sauna.

Dogs are welcome by prior agreement. There is a charge of £10/night per dog, payable on arrival.

If you are looking for a flat in Edinburgh where you can relax but also be close to restaurants and shops or a bus hop from the city centre consider this one.

I think this is a great apartment in an excellent location and the use of the swimming pool is fab. However when I stayed with 9 friends it was too cramped. There aren't even enough dining chairs for that many people. The tiny room near the entrance is not suitable for a bedroom, unfortunately it was like sleeping in a cupboard. Also I think 2 bathrooms for 10 people is not sufficient. This is a great apartment for 6 but anymore than that is too small.
