I was without heating, I messaged them and they sent two heaters. They were super nice and brought them to me the next day as soon as it was light. I forgot my things and they sent them to me by mail. The apartment is top-notch, well located, I have nothing to complain about, very cozy, quiet and clean. Congratulations!

The location was fabulous, the view was nice and it was good to have a kitchen and a washing machine.
The shower was terrible, the bathroom door didn’t close, tiles coming off the wall in the bathroom. The window curtains has mould growing. The blow up mattress was an interesting addition, though it was more comfortable than expected. The check in instructions could have been clearer, and it would have been nice to know that you have to walk up 6 flights of stairs to get to the apartment.
