I was without heating, I messaged them and they sent two heaters. They were super nice and brought them to me the next day as soon as it was light. I forgot my things and they sent them to me by mail. The apartment is top-notch, well located, I have nothing to complain about, very cozy, quiet and clean. Congratulations!

Location was great, and nice to have a kitchen.
The email instructions werent very clear, when I arrived I was met by a whole bank of lock boxes and it wasnt clear which one was for the apartment as the number was pretty rubbed off, when I tried to use the front door key, it wouldn't work, I called the host, but didnt really get much assistance, only when someone else came to the property did I get assistance with opening the front door. The apartment is a bit dated, curtains need replacing and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Despite several requests for a VAT invoice I have not been sent one.
