Great location, close to Haymarket station so easy to get around.
The sofa bed was so uncomfortable and probably needs replacing as it was like sleeping on a hill

The location was good, the cleanliness was poor. Stains on coach pillows, linen (although clean has old stains), blanket on bed had spills on it. The wall in the bathroom is coming apart from wall and the kitchen is stocked with a fry pan which does not work on an induction stove, plates and utensils fine but only two odd bowls and we were a family of three. Front door to building never locks.
