Unprofessional and uncomfortable- not made for 4 people

Very central

The extra pillows didn’t come with pillow cases and the pillows had stains on them, the roller blind in the bedroom didnt work so it was closed the whole time, the bathroom heater didn’t work for the first two days we were there and was freezing. The dish washing soap had been refilled with water so couldn’t hand wash our dishes and the sofa bed was so uncomfortable we had to put it on the floor which was disappointing as we had to pay £30 for the linens. Upon arrival we weren’t given the code to be let in so we had to wait outside while I phoned the company.

The property is super convenient next to Haymarket station where you can get bus, tram and train to city center or Glasgow. Studio is spacious with high ceilings and convenient for a family. Water pressure in the shower is great. Overall studio was clean.

Carpet in bedroom had plenty stains. Not one or two, there are stains all over. Bed cover also had a big stain. We were 3 adults staying for 4 days and 3 nights; only two rolls of toilet paper were left. I’m sorry but you can’t do that!!! You need more toilet paper not only for the bathroom but we had to use it as napkins, as there were none in the studio. Now… the sofa bed. Person supposed to stay there had to sleep in the sofa instead. The mattress of the sofa bed was impossible to sleep in, plus the sofa bed is next to the windows facing a pretty busy street and windows are not noise cancelling. So if you are a light sleeper, avoid to sleep in the sofa bed. You will not sleep at all! We were charged for the linen of the sofa bed for the 3rd person, which I found it outrageous to be honest.

Good location. Spacious living room. Comfortable main bedroom for 2 persons max.

Very uncomfortable matrass of the sofa bed in the living room. Sound isolation is very poor. Noise from buses and trams are heard all night. Blackout In the living room is terrible. If you sleep on the sofa bed, I bet you get up on the first sunshine in the morning. Despite all the above drawbacks, they still charge an additional 25GBP for the sofa bed linens. Yes.. you read that correctly. Not all necessary bed linens are covered in the tariff.

Location is definitely great, everything was nearby, its a big spacious apartment.

Bedding was not clean. Bedding had hair from previous guest and even toilet seat had someone 's hair. Put me off to cut my stay and I checked out Saturday. Backyard was scary.

Unique apartment in a great location.

It had a very unique style with the doorway leading into the bedroom being part of the wall. The kitchen would have been perfect for a bit of a Masterchef night with friends.

Very good (but not luxury)

Spacious, tasteful decor, comfortable, elegant plus friendly/efficient staff.

We had some issues with some basic amenities - cooker didn’t work, window blind missing, fridge and bin in need of repair. The staff were wonderful and although unable to solve some things made sure we felt comfortable and gave us a complimentary meal. My only piece of constructive criticism to the management would be to change the title “5 star luxury”. It isn’t. It’s a very nice place to stay but the title creates very high expectations which the property doesn’t yet meet.

Disappointing 🥺😢

The apartment was very spacious with lovely beds, beautiful kitchen area and nicely presented

The decoration was tired, lots of marks on the walls and carpets. We were disappointed with the kitchen equipment in the property…no trays for cooking, limited condiments ie no salt, pepper, no dishcloth for washing up and the tee towel was smelly! The most disappointing was the poor customer service! We could not get into the property as we were not sent the key code and could not get a response on the emergency number. When we eventually spoke to someone they kept sending automated replies which did not answer or solve the problem!! When I booked the property I was told departure luggage storage was included which it wasn’t! Despite this being the fault of the company they refused to help and kept sending automated emails rather than speak with us! I found the staff to be unhelpful and very in personable. I regret to say, although we visit Edinburgh every year, I would not book with Altido again or recommend them and struggle to see how this property has been listed as 5star!

ADAQUATE FOR A "3" STAR STAY.

THE APPARTEMENT IS LARGE AND SPACIOUS WITH A QUIRKY WALL THAT OPENS TO REVEAL THE BEDROOM. THE BATHROOM IS LARGE AS IS THE WALK IN SHOWER.

THE LOCATION IS NOT THE BEST..SITUATED ON A BUSY ROAD JUNCTION. YOU CAN HERE REVVING TRAFFIC AND LOUDER LOCAL TRAMS UNTIL YOU GO TO BED. THE MAIN DOOR TO THE BUILDING DOES NOT LOCK. IT DEFINATELY REQUIRES SOME SORT OF DOUBLE/TRIPLE GLAZING TO THE FRONT WINDOWS.I WOULD NOT CLASS THIS AS A 5 STAR APPARTEMENT.

Bien ubicado, con buena accesibilidad caminando a las principales atracciones turísticas.

Hicimos una reserva para 4 personas (constaba en la reserva) pero solo nos dieron 3 toallas. Cuando reclamamos la 4ta toalla, nos dijeron que como no habíamos pagado el extra del sofá cama, nos nos la daban. Le dijimos que habíamos hecho una reserva para 4 personas donde al reservar ponía claramente que el apartamento contaba con una cama y un sofá cama para albergar las 4 personas (sin especificar que era un pago extra a posteriori), pero se mantuvieron firmes y no nos entregaron la 4ta toalla. El sofá cama donde dormimos 2 de las personas tenía una mancha enorme y además era muy incómodo, no creo que esté en condiciones para que duerman 2 personas 3 noches seguidas. Además, la calefacción tiene código para controlarla (pedimos el código y se negaron a dárnoslo), y no la podíamos ajustar (a ratos pasamos frío). El agua de la ducha salía templada, no caliente. Pagamos 800€ por 3 noches, sin desayuno, sin poder ajustar la calefacción, sin agua caliente en la ducha (diciembre en Escocia), sin un lugar donde poder dormir en condiciones (el sofá no está en condiciones) y con 3 toallas aunque la reserva constara para 4 personas. 200€/persona. 66€/noche. El apartamento tiene potencial, pero creo que con estas condiciones actuales la relación calidad-precio está despeoporcionada. Espero que a futuro mejoren todas estas cosas para que el precio esté justificado y, sobre todo, para que la estancia no se haga incómoda.

L'espace de l'appartement est très bien pour 4 personnes. L'emplacement de l'appartement était très bien. La réactivité de Joivy

Le surcout du linge de lit pour le canapé-lit demandé la veille de l'arrivé (25euro) alors que nous avions bien stipulé être 4 personnes lors de la réservation. Le confort du canapé -lit était horrible Les fenêtres dans le salon ne sont pas adapté pour y dormir (simple vitrage) Ménage n'était pas bien effectué, il y avait beaucoup de cheveux dans le salon et la salle de bain Manque le sèche linge et le micro onde qui était stipulé dans les équipements, Mauvaise aération de l'appartement, les vêtement ne séchaient pas. l'appartement à besoin d'un rafraîchissement les murs et le sol moquette était couvert de trace

Si paga per quattro persone ma il giorno prima ti avvisano che se vuoi le lenzuola per il divano letto le devi pagarle come extra a parte! Ridicolo. È una vera e propria estorsione. Se lo avessi saputo prima dello scadere dei termini per disdire avrei cambiato struttura. Abbiamo trovato cerniere di un armadio scardinate e luci sul letto non funzionanti. Si sono offerti di mandare qualcuno per riparare ma non abbiamo voluto far entrare qualcuno con le nostre cose in giro.
