Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert - Schlüsseltresor.
Kontakt zum Vermieter war ansonsten nicht notwendig.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem älteren Gebäude was besonders im Flur zuerkennen ist, die alten Steintreppen könnten für Menschen mit Einschränkungen zu einem Problem werden.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral und man kann den Old & Newtownbereich der Stadt problemlos zu Fuß (15 - 30 Minuten) erkunden.
Tram und Bushaltestelle sind keine 300 Meter entfernt.
Gegenüber der Wohnung ist eine Bäckerei und Supermärkte sind in direkter Umgebung.
Für einen Städtetrip auch aufgrund des Preis/Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung.

The flat is very close to train/bus/tram stop, many good pubs and food outlets, well sorted flat, comfortable and clean, host is very helpful too. Would stay again! Great place!
The only thing i could fault was the shower was hard to control and not a lot of pressure.

La ubicación es muy buena, el autobús del aeropuerto te deja al lado, y el casco histórico está a media hora andando. El barrio donde se ubica es muy bonito, y con mucho comercio. El apartamento es grande y está muy bien preparado y limpio, con todas las necesidades cubiertas
Lo único que no nos gustó fue el sistema de agua caliente de la ducha,, pero se puede usar, es algo engorroso. Echamos de menos una cafetera. La puerta de entrada y la cerradura, algo viejas y endebles

Da localização da casa, da área da casa.
Colchões faziam uma cova no meio... O forno não funcionava bem e estava partido. Faltavam muitos utensílios de cozinha ( facas, garfos). A janela da sala noa ved abem e deixa entrar vento. As janelas deixam entrar muito barulho.
