The 2 bedroom apartment is ideal for up to 5 guests and is centrally located - an excellent base from which to explore Edinburgh with everything very close at hand.
Our self-catering apartment is located in the heart of the Edinburgh city centre and is within a short walk of all the main tourist attractions, restaurants, bars and nightlife. The apartment is only within a 10-15min walk of Princes Street, as well as being served by public transport links to the main locations in Edinburgh.

We had a fantastic experience in this apartment. The host was very communicative and provided all the information we needed for a great stay. The apt is a great size and has comfortable, clean, and modern furnishings. Although @ a 30 min walk to the central area, the tram stop is literally next door and was so easy! We would definitely stay again.

While the hallway had us concerned about the apartment, once inside it was nice and cozy. It was within walking distance to the coffee shops. The bus stop was also nearby. Bedrooms were small, but beds were super comfy. The train was nearby, but did not disturb our sleep at all. Host was responsive and overall we enjoyed the stay.

Flat was clean but needs updating (carpet, paint and kitchen ware). WiFi was not available when we arrived but we contacted owner and he did get that sorted shortly. Only one small roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Luckily a co-op store was nearby. No hot water for washing dishes; a used sponge and damp dishcloth left on kitchen sink. On site parking was a plus.

Our flat we stayed in in Edinburgh was perfect for what we needed. When we got there we had a question about the couch bed and contacted Paul. He responded promptly which was convenient as we had gotten there late at night and were eager to get to bed. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. The location was nice but not close to the royal mile. I don't think they advertised it as close so that's not a complaint. I think it took us about 30-40 minutes to walk to the royal mile. The drive from the airport wasn't long at all. I would recommend this flat and would stay here again. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Good apartment

The apartment is right next to Haymarket station which is really handy but you can hear the trains going past. The flat itself is clean and has all the amenities and the beds were really comfortable. It could do with abit of TLC in places but overall it is a good flat in a good location and the option of free parking is great. It took us about 15mins to get to Princes street and there was a handy coop just at the end of the road. The area near the flat is vibrant with a number of nice looking restaurants and bars. Communication with the owner was great.

Paul was easy to communicate with and responded to a couple of questions which I had during my stay within 24 hours. Location was a bit off the beaten path, however, the location was easy for us to walk to the Co-op for grocery supplies, bus transport was also just a short walk. Quiet and pleasant complex. The basic supplies necessary for making meals were supplied, Beds were comfortable. Spacious enough for our group of 4. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus. I will see if the property is available next time I am visiting Edinburgh.

Clean and comfortable within ten minutes walk into Edinburg. Beds extremely comfy and the whole place is very cosy. Lots of hot water and the showers were hot and high pressured. Only down side is, the water is pumped up to the apartment and so is noisy, you can here next doors also. Get over that and the whole stay is well worth going back for.

5 of us stayed in this apartment and it was spotless. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the tram station, get yourself a combined bus and tram ticket and you can enjoy all of Edinburgh. I'd certainly stay here again. Great host too. So welcoming and friendly, I fully recommend this property.

This apartment was very well located; we used the nearby bus stop a lot. Several good local restaurants right there. There was plenty of room for two couples, and it was clean and well stocked. One recommendation - we didn't know how to use the combo washer/dryer and could have used some written instructions.

Paul greeted us promptly at our arrival. Apartment is in a quiet area and very clean. Lots of towels, washer/dryer and spacious bathrooms and bedrooms. Some really nice restaurants near by. I would recommend Mia. It is fabulous is you like Italian. Short (10-15 min) walk to shops and many other restaurants. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was clean and the bus, train and tram station are not a far walk. Some improvements could be made to the bathroom tiles in showers. Definitely a lot more room than a hotel but very basic accommodations. Bed were comfortable but please splurge and get new pillows.

Only problem we had was hot water, we got home late so had to set alarm for 3.00am to set it. Had to reset 3 out of 5 nights. Clothes rack was broken and one towel so thin it tore when I dried my back. Everything else was very good. There are some great restaurants close by. A nice walk into centre and great bars and pubs on way home. Beds pillows dooms very comfortable. Interesting smells we gather came from brewery. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Edinburgh. Would recommend the apartment. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽😄😄

The location was great. The owner was pleasant and showed up on time. Two separate bedrooms and two bath rooms are great. However, there was nothing extra or spectacular about the accomadations. It was clean enough, the floors creaked a lot when you walk on them,.

Lovely, simple flat in a working-class safe neighborhood of Edinburgh. Within a mile of castle and royal mile. Great value! We blew it as miscounted the # of nights we needed during a long trip to the UK. So grateful that the flat was still available the aditional night. Paul was kind and professional. definitely recommend.

Great property in Edinburgh, easy 30 minute walk anywhere in town. Fit our family 5 very well, great having 2 bathrooms. Everything was very comfortable and as described. Quiet neighborhood with local markets and dining. Easy to explore the Castle, Royal Mile, and hiking around. Would stay here again and recommend it. Easy communication with the owners.

Good mattresses but room sizes and bathroom s very tight and the bathrooms need refurbishing. Very tiring to access buses for town as location is too far out. The pressure water system from the apartment and from adjoining flats makes an incredible noise when toilets are flushed and showers are used

Wonderful apt. Very homely and nicely furnished. It is also has almost everything you need. Location was also good and Paul was a very reliable owner. Very responsive. I recommend this place to anyone who intends to come to Edinburgh.
