Welcome to your home away from home on Caledonian Road! This beautiful newly renovated ground floor apartment blends modern comfort with classic Edinburgh charm, making it the perfect base for exploring the city.
Just a short walk from Haymarket Station, the apartment offers easy access to Edinburgh’s top attractions, including the Castle, Princes Street, and the Old Town.
Whether you`re visiting for work or pleasure, you`ll love the blend of style, convenience, and location provided.
You will have private access to the whole apartment.
We are available 24/7 for any questions you may have.
The tourist tax is included in the nightly rate. There is nothing further to pay on arrival.
At checkout we charge a £30 damage waiver per reservation that will cover any accidental damage up to £500.
To protect the property and be good neighbours, we use a Minut monitoring device inside the apartment. It measures sound levels and occupancy only, it does not record audio and cannot listen to conversations. It also detects the sound of a smoke alarm, so we can respond quickly if something is wrong while you are out. You will only hear from us if sound levels stay high for a sustained period.
